Acetabularia, parasolowiec

(Acetabularia) - the type of unicellular marine algae and mononuclear growing to enormous size , belonging to the Chlorophyceae. Parasolowaty shape is character istic of a narrow foot (length 0.5 to 10 cm) and a conical hat sw iveled out of the radial streaks. At the base of legs there is a large nucleus. Same basis is called rhizoidem. Plant very easily regenerated with rhizoidu and has a complicated life cycle.
